Ideas for new musicals

Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for new broadway musicals? I've lately got the idea to write a musical and, well, I've thrown around some ideas, but none of them seem to really work because they've either already been done or are not easily condusive to being made into a musical. I thought of taking Charles Dickons's novel, "A Christmas Carol" and writing a show based on that, but I think that's already been done. If anyone has any ideas, please do post them here. Thanks.

A sequel to Wicked. What Happens to Elphaba after leaving Oz!

I've been obsessed with Wicked after seeing the show two weeks ago!!

Wicked owns! And someone could write a sequel on the second novel, "Son Of A Witch."
I've long wanted to turn the novel I just wrote into a musical...But I don't have the determination, and I can write lyrics but not music. :D

I didn't read son of a witch, how was it. I know most of it but I heard it wasn't that great.

and yes Wicked does own, the soundtrack won't leave me alone
